FILTERS:
Genuine HEPA replacement filters included are particulate filters that can help protect against dust, fine particles, pollution, viruses and bacteria. They are not suitable for use with toxic gases.

Filters should be replaced when damaged, heavily soiled, or if breathing resistance occurs. Otherwise replace filters after 40 hours or 30 days of use.

Important Note Regarding Our Filters: The HEPA filters used in our masks are genuine H&V Technosat Plus filter media. This material is intended and approved for respiratory protection. These filters are electrostatic needle punched, non-woven synthetic blends. They do not contain fiberglass. Purchase replacement HEPA filters for your NxTGEN F0230 reusable face mask. They are custom die-cut to fit your NxTGEN mask. We only use medical grade Technostat Plus HEPA filters, which are independently lab tested by Nelson Labs to filter 99.9% of particles to .3 microns. Keep your F0230 mask functioning at peak performance with our premium quality filter replacement sets. Not only do our HEPA filters exceed N95 standards*, but this unique mask system is also more cost effective and reduces a significant amount of waste long term. Technostat Plus filter media is also well known to provide much less breathing resistance versus other similarly rated filters. This filter media is intended for use in respirators. Filters should be replaced: When heavily soiled or damaged. Increased breathing resistance occurs. They have been used for 40 hours or 30 days. Do not attempt to clean filters!

MASK CLEANING:
To sanitize the F0230 mask, the plastic and silicone components may be washed in warm soapy water or cleaned with isopropyl alcohol. DO NOT wash or clean filters!

WARNING: Facial hair, jewelry or other obstruction along the mask seal line will reduce filtration. Particles follow the path of least resistance, therefore a proper fit and seal is vital for proper use. Facial hair will lead to greatly diminished protection.

Always wash your hands after touching or discarding the filter.

Always inspect the filter and mask before each use; discard and replace if damaged. Improper use of this product may lead to sickness or death.
